cancellation & Refund Policy

While physical labor cannot be returned, it is paramount that our customers are happy with our work.
Drop Dead Detailing requires a down payment for reservation & services based on total expense of the initial quote.
Down payments/reservation fees will be refunded as long as cancellation of services is submitted 72 hours prior to service. Please note that we do understand emergencies happen. If this is the case, reach out to us and we will do what we can to make it right.
